Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of Find Your Destiny. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Find Your Destiny is
Find Your Destiny is a tool that helps recent graduates and early-career people navigate a changing labor market. It offers personalized reads on the market, guided reflection to help you identify what matters to you, and paths tailored to your background. Some of the outputs are generated by AI.
2. Who can use the service
You must be at least minimum age years old to use Find Your Destiny. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Accounts and access
You can use Find Your Destiny anonymously or with an account. Accounts use short-lived email verification codes instead of passwords. Because access to your email is enough to sign in, keep your email account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us using the details in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access another person's account or data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service's technical operation
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful to others, or that you don't have the rights to share
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or defraud others
- Attempt to extract private data belonging to other users or to the service itself
5. Your content and information
You retain ownership of the information you provide (intake answers, resume content, chat messages, and other inputs). By using the service you grant Find Your Destiny a limited, non-exclusive license to use that information to provide the service to you, including personalizing your experience, generating AI-assisted outputs, and improving the product consistent with the Privacy Policy.
6. AI-assisted outputs
Find Your Destiny uses AI to generate personalized reads, chat responses, and other outputs. These outputs are for your reflection and use as you see fit. They are not professional advice. Not career, legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice. AI can be wrong, biased, or incomplete. Use your judgment before acting on any AI-generated output.
7. Third-party services
Find Your Destiny relies on third-party providers for hosting, email, database, and AI. See the Privacy Policy for the current list and how those providers handle your information.
8. Changes to the service
Because Find Your Destiny is in an active pilot, features may change, be added, or be removed. Some things may not work reliably. We may pause or shut down the service without notice if necessary.
9. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these terms or if we're required to for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion instructions are in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Find Your Destiny disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, be timely, be secure, or be error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Find Your Destiny and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of governing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll bump the version and effective date at the top of this page, and we'll communicate material changes in-app or by email. Continued use after a material update means you accept the updated terms.
14. Contact
